I am Ms.Promdi — A typical lady with an unladylike attitude, born in late 80’s and is currently working as an International Sales Representative (call center agent) in a BPO industry. Doing same routine for 10 long years, I write to and to kill boredom and avoid brain disorders (literally & figuratively).
Kinda ironic; having so much fear but is in love with adventures and love trying new things; don’t know how to swim but will depend my life on that orange vest to enjoy the sea and mostly all bodies of water; would love to share my stories but is timid to actually talk (and so I chose to write).
Labeled Promdi (a Filipino slang word derived from the English phrase “from the” which is short for “from the province”) by a friend, because I’m easily amazed and always excited, as if every time is my first time. And I’m totally fine with that, so fine I’m using it as my pen name.
Writing about experiences, mostly about our travels, my simple escape and motivation. I do want to travel the world (who doesn’t?), but would like to discover more of Philippines (our country) first. Luz-Vi-Min… here I come! And as the saying goes “the world is a book…” I can say that I’m exploring the first chapter of mine.
